The status of Youtube.com e-mail subscriptions new video alerts.

Does anyone experiencing issues with Youtube.com e-mail subscriptions system. Up until a week ago, I was getting updates for a few particular channels and then it stopped. I check my settings and nothing has changed. I attempted to search Youtube.com help system and most of the posts that deal with this same issue are like 2 years ago at the least.

Anyone experiencing this same issue?
