The laws of copyright and legal responsibility on the internet may be nonsense, but actions based on interpretations of these laws can have serious consequences.

Totally out of proportion. To make thinks worse, Meelousee is claiming the guy is running a nigerian 419 scam involving software (???? that must be a first) and that the software is not illegal if you have a broker license (??? again make no sense). I think Meelousee out of ignorance, took the wrong guy to the authority thinking he was doing something else. At best the guy was trying to setup an "investment club" and have "volunteers" help him out, at worst a boiler room with "suckers" working for him for free. I had contact with PCA before that incident. He is a day trader doing charts. There are millions of day traders like him. Most are small players, harmless. They think they have a great model and want to put it to test using as little resources as possible. If he had the cash and resources to build such a successful model, he wouldn't need to "advertise" it on TV. The guy is just small and a little bit naive, that's all, but definitely not a Nigerian scumbag thief like it was claimed by Meelousee He just PM me over this, and now he is talking with his lawyer about the possibilities of being sued (which I doubt)

Sorry, (I thought you meant that Thaivisa could say to a nut like Meelousee ,' you can't copy and paste a post to the Police or SET (or whosever), its our copyright property').
