hippoman Posted March 6, 2011 Share Posted March 6, 2011 I would be very grateful to hear from anyone who has either investigated or successfully established a 30-year leasehold and/or superficies agreement on Chanote title land, where the leasehold agreement has either more than one lessee, or a UK (or other offshore) registered limited company as the lessee. I understand that either are legally possible, but not sure whether they are generally acceptable by local Land Offices. I would greatly welcome responses from anyone with any direct experience.
