WinnieTheKhwai Posted April 17, 2011 Share Posted April 17, 2011 If you have friends, relatives or property in the Sanpatong / Namborlouang area then give them a call and/or check out the place. The rain shower that nicely cooled down the downtown area was actually a very heavy storm in that area. Lots of damage, trees blown over, damage to roofs and other structures.
