Cheapest Tablet, Just To Read .Pdf Files

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am looking for a cheap tablet (no internet connection, no apps, etc) but one that just displays PDFs. I have tons of e-books in pdf files and find the laptop too cumbersome to lay in bed and try to read. I don't want to pay for things I don't want, just display (well lit of course) the pdf file.

Does such a simple tablet exist? If not, what is my cheapest option?

Thanks in advance.

Luke

In pantip mall, maybe the 4th or 5th floor (and maybe other floors) there was a used laptop shop that had some tablet style gateway laptops core2duo. It was fairly light to me, but perhaps you want something even ligher?

And older android phone, but the screen may be too small?

Maybe a Kindle from Amazon.com?
