I find the AIS website a bit confusing. Maybe its just me! So..turning to thaivisa members in the hope someone has the answer.

Anyone know how much SMS and MMS costs are when sending Internationally? I am on pay as you go.

Depends where. 9b to ireland sms. MMS cant be sent, as far as i know, would like to be corrected.

If you get to a webpage in Thai And there is NO English option...

Copy the page URL and then do a Google seach for that URL - Then in the seach listings it should come up 1st choice - You will see a link just to its right thar says "Translate"

This might make easier to understand... Or not...

Dial 1175 for the AIS call center, 2 for foreign language service, 1 for english, and check with their very helpful and professional customer service reps. international sms package rates may depend on the country you'll be visiting. good luck.
