What Bangkok Hotel Or Meeting Place Can I Hold Job Interviews At

First I should at least explain, my company is based on koh samui, for the position I need for my company there isn't a big pool of candiates on the island. My last experience about 2 years ago I went to bangkok to hold some interviews needless to say more than 20 people showed up. which on samui that would take more than 6 months to get that amount to show up for a interview

I don't live on bangkok and the last place I tried to hold was starbucks that was my fault though and I couldn't think of anywhere to go, I thought about holding interviews in a hotel meeting but I'm not sure that hotels will let me hold interviews for my company since my company is also a hotel. I am asking anyone out there who lives in bangkok do you know of any good areas, hotels, restaurants, etc where I can hold a place to do interviews for my company. I can even pay for a place to rent if needed but only need a place to use at least for 7 hours I would like a place if possible near the sky train or MRT place if possible

I look forward to any suggestions you have

keep in mind I've already posted job postions on many websites, paid for job advertising, posted fliers at tesco, big c, etc

Could you just get a hotel room/suite? Maybe at the SGS or Westin so convenient to both the MRT and BTS. You should be able to book a meeting room, maybe use an acronym if you think it is a problem using your hotel's name?

The Amari Boulevard on Suk 5 has a great small boardroom on the lobby level & this hotel is a close walk from Nana BTS, no I am not associated with this hotel but have used this room some time ago for meetings with overseas clients.

Any hotel with a conference room or a business area should do. It all depends on type of person you want to Interview. If it's professional, then choose a 5 star hotel. Many on Sathorn and on Sukumvit.

I was interviewed in the lobby of the Hyatt once.

Also at a hotel on Sathorn, can't remember the name the interviewer used the coffee shop.

yeah...I was interviewed in the reception/tea service area of the Landmark and also at the english bar at Don Muang airport...no special arrangements required...also in a hotel lobby in Abu Dhabi; it was his nickle so I had a Perrier...got the job too...

informal arrangements make for a good discussion...gotta be flexible...also if the interviewee is comfortable with a casual arrangement it's a good sign...

I actually use the Plaza Athenee for a number of interviews, use the 1st floor, its generaly very quiet, you are unlikely to be disturbed and more importantly the likelihood of your candidate being seen with you would be quite rare. Lots of seats and tables and the hotel is very easy to get to
