I was talking to one of my freinds who use to live in LOS. I was telling him how I was thinking about moving there. He smiled and said that I would first have to go to WBU? Is this like a course or somthing? like Thailand 101? He had a small grin while telling me this, is he pulling my leg? thanks MB

Yes, un-fortunately… (For you) your friend is telling youfor true. Anyone wishing to spend any time in Thailand has to gain acertificate from WBU to show they have the right stuff to live or spend extended time in Thailand.

But don’t worry if you can’t find the time for the course inthis life….you can do it in the next. Good luck! :rolleyes:
