Doll Makers?

I'm looking for someone, a company, factory etc. who can make plain stuffed dolls (Kind of like a rag doll). I want to have a prototype made of a stuffed doll, about 30 cm/ 13 inches high, just plain (no face, clothes, hair etc). Does anyone know where I can find this in Chiang Mai, either a company or a private person? Thanks!
