Cert. Of Residence (Tm Number) For Re-Entry

On the Re-entry Permit application form (TM 13), it asks for number of the certificate of resisence number - errr where do I find that please ?

It then goes on to ask for the number of the "certificate of alien registration" - again, where do I find that please ?

Do you have PR or an extension of stay? That form is only for those with PR. The normal form for re-entry is TM.8 below

I have a PR. Was told need TM 13 and TM 22 ?

That would be correct for PR but will have to be someone with that to answer you I suspect as to where the numbers are located.

I would expect that the Certificate of Residence number would be the one at top of Page 5 of your blue (white, if duplicate) book. I can't remember where, but I think the number of your last re-entry permit is also required.

The Certificate of Alien Registration number would be the number at the top of Page 1 in your red book.
