May 3, 201114 yr On the Re-entry Permit application form (TM 13), it asks for number of the certificate of resisence number - errr where do I find that please ? It then goes on to ask for the number of the "certificate of alien registration" - again, where do I find that please ? Many thanks

May 3, 201114 yr I would expect that the Certificate of Residence number would be the one at top of Page 5 of your blue (white, if duplicate) book. I can't remember where, but I think the number of your last re-entry permit is also required. The Certificate of Alien Registration number would be the number at the top of Page 1 in your red book.
