Here, this is exactly what you need to put on your wire request, as well as your name exactly as it appears in your bank book

All International wires must go through the main office in Bangkok, your Pattaya branch address is not needed, Bangkok will get the funds to your Pattaya branch

If you really need the Pattaya Second Road branch address for some other reason it is:

116/19 Mu 9, Phattaya Sai 2 Road, Non Pue, Bang Lamung, Chonburi, 20150

Some (certainly not all) financial institutions indeed clearly do ask for the HOME BRANCH address of the recipient. The fact is the senders can easily find the main branch info themselves just with the SWIFT code, but they don't know the home branch unless you tell them. Also some places want the Thai home address of the recipient and some don't. Simply give them what they ask for, nothing more and nothing less.
