What is the best option to get connected with the internet

i have a laptop and smart phone android i myself was thinking of a internet card for my phone and connect it to my laptop

please any suggestion is welkom

thx

AIS sells 2G and 3G air cards for notebooks, they range in price depending on the unit from 1200 Baht to 2600 baht. I had a 2G card and a monthly plan that gave me 50 hours for 149 baht. The air cards are quite slow, you can't really watch video with them or listen to the radio but they work fine for email. I'm not sure about using your telephone for internet I know a lot of people who do and it seems fast. In any event I think all you need to do to use your telephone is set up the internet on it. I'm sure you could go to one of the mobile shops and they would do it for you.
