I like many have been trying to get a visa appointment for my wife. I finally got one. I got to thinking that there must be some logic to this ill-logical method. So I did a traceroute to find out where the server was. It happens to be in Colorado. I started looking for appointments during day time work hours for that time zone. I hit open dates 3 times at 7:30 PM Bangkok time (It still took me 3 times to be quick enough to grab the appointment). Now maybe it has nothing to do with the location (7:30 PM Bangkok is 6:30 AM Denver-not really normal US working hours but the US Embassy in Bangkok opens at 7). but it is something to try---good luck
