What Happened To"Stop Watching Topic" Button?

Featured Replies

In the past when subscribing to a topic using the "Watch topic" button this button changed to "Stop Watching Topic", now it remains as a "Watch topic" button.

The subscription is working OK but now have to dig through my settings in order to unsubscribe.

The "Stop Watching Topic" button was very convenient. Please bring it back.

hi opalhort, i suspect its a forum software issue but will send it on to our webguy to see if we can get it back

I think it started on the same day the controversial new tool bar was introduced and mentioned it in the tool bar topic but nobody picked up on it.

one thing, what browser are you using? and does it show up in a different browser?

Tried Chrome, IE6 (no comment please) and IE7. All show only the "Watch Topic" button.

I just upgraded to IE 9 and now the add ons won't run and I can't click on my content (it pulls up my profile where I can still access it)

Also the text box is not properly aligned.

The new IE9 is reporting alot of bugs for people, not just here. I would suggest uninstalling or trying a different browser.

Will report the lack of stop watching button, but be forewarned, it may not be anything we can do anything about.

Went back to IE8. Microsoft needs to pull their head out of their asses.

I don't know who their designing this crap for, but it sure ain't me.

I use firefox and an IE tab addon when i absolutely MUST use IE

Same here. However since it uses the IE engine you will still have the same problems if you've installed IE9. ;)
