Ok, as some of you might have seen before I do run alot and my waistline has gone down (that makes me happy)...

BUT... (insert alot of foul language here)....

Over the last two months I have started doing the aerobics with the girls in the park (yes, some of them are good looking:-)

I sweat alot, eat the same or less than before- but I have still managed to gain 6kg... YET, the stomach and my man boobs are going down??? what is happening? What am I doing wrong???

Actually, it's not unusual to gain weight with exercise. Muscle has a greater density than body fat so you can quite often get physically smaller in the stomach area etc but be heavier.

But still, 6 kgs in about 2 months??? Is that not too much???

Yes, gaining 6kg of muscle in 2 months is unlikely. Especially without weight training, with aerobics only.

Maybe your weighing scale is broken and you're actually losing weight. :ermm:

Gaining so much weight but losing mass is confusing when muscle gain can probably be ruled out.
