Forgive my ignorance. I love Thai massage, especially those oil type. But most of the time I will offered by the therapist a happy ending. I was wondering, does those happy ending similar to those prostate-massage done in China?

Or those happy ending normally just a sensational ending from those therapist? Yet to try one but does Thailand have any prostate-massage clinics?
