Seems like too high a price. In that area I would expect a one bedroom apartment for that price. Wouldn't want to live in one room anyway. How much do you charge for apartments?

In my neighbourhood round the corner you can get a 2 bedroom 60sqm for around 8K fully furnished with 2/3 air-con units, fitted kitchen etc in private secure compound.

37m2? for that price... I had double the space in Sukhumvit for 15,000....

Bingo trt, I guess anyone can try to get any price for something but no one's gonna pay it who knows anything. When I think of On Nut, I think of dirt cheap, bottom of barrel cheapness. Now who can dig that with a major shovel

It's not fair to judge the condos by their location only, without actually experiencing the inside of the condos and the surrounding area. The condos are fully furnished and well decorated with built-in teak furniture. The Administration building and outdoor amenities are very much enjoyed by the residents living there. The condos are easily accessible to 3 of Bangkok's larger malls, and convenient to the expressway into downtown Bangkok.
