Seems like too high a price. In that area I would expect a one bedroom apartment for that price. Wouldn't want to live in one room anyway. How much do you charge for apartments?

The Dude's maids qtrs is larger than that. The Dude reckons that a closet that size near On Nut maybe a good deal at half da price. Have shovel and can dig it

It's not fair to judge the condos by their location only, without actually experiencing the inside of the condos and the surrounding area. The condos are fully furnished and well decorated with built-in teak furniture. The Administration building and outdoor amenities are very much enjoyed by the residents living there. The condos are easily accessible to 3 of Bangkok's larger malls, and convenient to the expressway into downtown Bangkok.

It's not fair to judge the condos by their location only, without actually experiencing the inside of the condos and the surrounding area.
