3BB have their billing screwed up, I received a bill over more than 7,000 baht in May; went there to check &lt;deleted&gt; was going on, and it turned out they had decided to send me three bills all at once, May, June, and July. You know, in case I maybe want to -pre-pay until July. Paid 1 month and the message disappeared.

Anyway most likely you're getting the message because they screwed up somehow...

Yes I agree they have screwed up, last month we were one day late in paying, they even had the nerve to ring up and ask why the bill had not been paid on the invoice date!
