Three Brit Lads Killed In Bus Crash In Thailand 3 Days Ago

I felt considerable pain just to see 3 fresh faced kids about to enjoy a gap year travelling around. Then the first country they come to kills 'em. A great pity indeed.

The result of what is obviously tail-gating on Thai roads - probably the greatest cause of deaths in cars and buses on Thai roads.

Anyway, I discovered this news article in the British Press - it's all over the internet but cannot find it in the English language press in Thailand. Why is this? Has anyone found a mention of it anywhere in Thailand?

This is really sad. I think the Thai media is trying to tone down of foreigners dying here for fear that it will impact tourism. RIP to these young boys.
