Iam about to give both to my first baby and would like to live in a quiet and very cozy safe place... was hoping to find something though TALAD BAAN , or other thai magazines, they do have a lot of ads that fit my criteria and price but somehow when I call them up they give me much higher prices..

if you know where I can get a fair priced house please reccomend/

first I wanted only Wattana district... but now all I care for is that is is safe and pretty cozy... I drive so I don't care about proximity to BTS or MRT and the last maybe it should not be too far from my hospital BAMRUNGRAD... I wouldn't want to cross the river each time I want to visit my doc....

Making a 90 day report first time in a few years.

I've been doing online 90 day reports for a few years, but because I'm about to get a new passport I believe the next 90 day has to be done in person. The last time I did a report at Jomtien it was only necessary to present your passport, now I believe there are a couple of forms to fill out. I have been at the same address for 16 years, do I still have to fill out a TM30?

Also seems you're yet another who simply can't grasp basic concepts and mistake my disdain for the extreme left as support for Trump. Marco Rubio told reporters that the United States joined the war with Iran primarily because Israel was preparing to strike Tehran, and Washington feared that delaying action would lead to higher U.S. casualties. He framed the intervention as a preemptive move to blunt Iranian retaliation. He said on March 2nd this year. This has nothing to do with any imminent threat from Iran, there were none.

Well, wouldn't you expect that the intel community would know 'some things'? The intel community's assessment was that Iran posed no "imminent" threat. This was restated---not just by DNI Gabbard in her written (but not oral opening remarks, as she claims she took it out "to save time")---but by resigned head of NCTC ChIef Joe Kent, who appeared yesterday in a Tucker Carlson interview saying there was no intelligence suggesting Iran had any plan to attack the US or any US ME bases. Nobody is hiding anything to protect "sources and methods". It was and is a war of choice. I guess we have to fall back on Trump's"hunches". Or maybe his friend John told him? Most likely Rubio had it right on Day 1, that Israel dragged the US and Trump into it. Trump is so easy to manipulate, even Kim Jong-un could do it. As for Bibi, I wouldn't be surprised if he reminded Trump that Bush II's approval rating popped to 80% after he invaded Iraq. Trump is all about two things only (for those who haven't yet caught on): the greater glory of Trump, and the greater wealth of Trump.

Ah, but this being Thailand, some elevators (or lifts, as I prefer to call them) are equipped with advertising TV screens that offer not just visual but aural torture. I was in one in an office building yesterday that was blaring inane ads at the captive audience ... despite there being a sign in the lift asking users to be 'considerate' by not talking on their phones!
