No experience with Bangkok, but plants at Royal Project in Chiang Mai did not strike me as particularly cheap. Maybe they're cheap for BKK levels though, I don't know.

The only Doi Kham shop I know of is at the airport, and it's tiny, and they don't have items on sale. The bigger store in Chiang Mai often has vegetables at very (VERY) low prices.

There is some sort of Royal Project shop on the northeast corner of the intersection of Charoenkrung and Sriphraya Roads. I have never been in the place.

One on the road towards Prachacheun, from Vibhavadi Rangsit, the turning for Wat Samian Nari, turn into the road going towards Prachacheun, then over the railway crossing, before the next set of Traffic Lights (just under a KM) you will see the place on the left hand side.

The road from VR to Prachacheun is Prachaniwet 1 road then it becomes Thetsaban Songkhro Road

There's one in the Kasetsart University campus ... and it mainly sells the food and juice etc that comes from the Royal Project producers. I can get more details if you like as we do some work with the Royal project.

In BKK. there are 2 shops that we know of ....

On Ramintra - Artnarong road called Lemon Green Farm.

Another one in Kasetssart University, located beside the VET department and VET hospital.
