2011 Rugby Shirts In Bangkok ..Where?

Hey Guys,

I am looking to send a Rugby jersey/shirt to to my Dad in Nz for in time for the world cup. All The shirts I have seen in BKK just randomly walking along the streets & Markets seem to be of good quality but are all football shirts

So Just really wondering if anyone can suggest a place where I might find not just football shirts?...I remember seeing rugby shirts In Phuket well at least the all blacks ones but I find it hard to believe they dont sell them at all in BKK

Hope someone can help you with this, of no help to you, but the KL markets in Chinatown had replicas for sale when we were there last.

You may have seen the news about the cost in NZ? Cheaper for NZ to buy online from USA, adidas set the rices and NZ retailers not so happy.

New Zealand rugby fans aren't the only ones unhappy with the price of the new All Blacks jersey - some retailers are "furious" too. The Rugby World Cup edition of this year's jersey costs $220 in most New Zealand retail outlets but the same jersey can be picked up for under $105 online in the United States.

All Blacks jersey prices: USA online stores

RWC version - US$89.99 - NZD$103.80 ; Test version - US$79.99 - NZD$92.60

UK online stores

I remember seeing some rugby jersey's on sale at MBK (4th or 5th floor). Mind you this was about two years back. And they were selling it for about 800Bhat.

There are a number of stalls along Suk, around Soi 7 right as far Robinsons. I have no idea how up to date they are, but you should be able to get one for about 350 baht, better if a Thai can bargain for you Also, just down the steps at Nana BTS (odd Soi side), immediate U turn and there are 2 shops which sell Rugby shirts, the second is quite well stocked as I remember. Hey Guys,

Just wondering if anyone could tell me whats the going rate for a rugby jersey in Patong Beach?..Im in Patong now and Im looking for an All Blacks jersey to send to my Dad in Nz for his Bday. The Shirts I have seen just randomly walking along the promenade look of good quality they have both the white and Black Jersey and seem to have all the genuine tags and holograms etc but the price im being quoted is 700 BHT (around $30 NZD) and the vendor states that the shirt cost them 550 BHT to buy so there's no way they can sell it any cheaper..does this sound true?

So Just really wondering if anyone can confirm this is the general going rate im going to be paying?..or is there anywhere cheaper? or should I actually be haggling that l price more!?
