Edit? Convert the video to an mp3, chop it up into 3 or 4 sections, call it "Raw mp3 of video cast" and upload it somewhere for people to download. That would produce a small enough set of files that most internet connections could handle.

For the video, pretty much the samething, chop it up into a few pieces and call it "Raw feed of video cast." Easy as falling off a log.

Is there going to be a transcript and/or summary. Most interested TV members did not have the chance to attend or watch the live webcast and do not want to sit through entire Youtube clips, if these are posted, to see if anything interesting was said. Without a written record, the whole effort of organising the seminar will have just evaporated without leaving any useful resource for members.

It has been about 3 weeks since the seminar. Has anything been released? Can we get an approximate date?
