October 31, 200520 yr I am new in employing in Bkk, and now looking for a minivan driver, there are few questions I would like to hear your comments on. 1/ what is the basic and GOOD salary or a driver work 9 to 5 Mon-Sat. 2/ what documents should I ask to protect me and my car from theft 3/ what should I be aware of? what qualities thai people of this level might posses that are not good for a job ( drunk driving, not sticking to the driving rules and regulations, or maybe they use my car for their own money making ) 4/ where and how to look for a good driver? 5/ should I be asking for reccomendation letters or call to previous job? really if you know something about this let me know. If you had problems with your drivers also let me know so I will try to think of the way not to make your mistakes.
