Thai Fruit Calories

Featured Replies

recently i moved to thailand and i have been eating a lot of the fruit here, mainly guavas(white), dragonfruit, sour Mangoes. I bodybuild so i keep track of my calories somewhat. i eat fruit as my main carb source so id hate to be counting it wrong since the fruit here iis so different than america. for example i think thai white guavas have less calories since they taste much less sweet but i have not been able to in the nutritional info on these or many other thai fruits. Does anyone know the calories to these exotic fruits? preferrably cals per furit and not per 100g as i dont weigh my food. Also if someone knows a a good calorie chart for common street foods like small moo satay and pork balls and maybe some info on the 7/11 foods?

thank you and any info helps.
