If you are passing through Singapore the Rolex Centre on Orchard road is a reliable alternative.

I had a five year service done by the Rolex dealer in Central first floor on Bang Na about 10 years ago with no problems. It took a week if memory serves me. Don't know if they are still there or not

I have a 20 year old Seiko. So far no need for service. The downside, it's not a Rolex.

Personally, I've got mine cleaned at Midas - Emporium mall- two years ago.

As they are authorized dealer, they might be able to help you.
