Linkin Park Live In Bangkok

Featured Replies

Rocking on with Linkin Park

Since Linkin Park rocked Bangkok with their sold-out, outdoor debut concert in 2004, fans have been crying out for a repeat of their high-power, energetic performance.

They returned for an equally successful live performance in 2007 and now the nu metal pack is coming back to the same venue, Aktive Square at Muang Thong Thani, for their third concert in Thailand on Friday, September 23.

The Californian rockers - Chester Bennington, Mike Shinoda, Phoenix, Joe Hahn and Brad Delson - formed the group in late '90s, blending nu metal, alternative rock and synthesiser with metal rock vocals and rapping.

Their debut, "Hybrid Theory", was received with phenomenal feedback from fans around the world, especially mega hits like "In The End", "Crawling" and "One Step Closer".

They continued to thrive in the music industry, releasing three more full-length albums, the latest, "A Thousand Suns", coming out last year. So far, they have won 2 Grammies, 5 American Music Awards and 5 MTV Asia Awards. Overall, Linkin Park has received a total of 25 awards from 49 nominations.

Standing tickets for their third Bangkok show, which is part of their 2011 world tour, cost from Bt1,000 to Bt3,000 at Total Reservation. Call (02) 833 5555 or visit www totalreservation.com.

They suck live

Thanks for your comment (truely). Now I won't feel bad about being away on the 23rd.

Anyways guys, I'm going for a cold beer now. Yeehaw!

<deleted> timing, I am offshore until mid October! :( Hybrid Theory is still one of my all time favourite CDs.
