Any Indoor Tanning Salons In Bangkok?

He didn't ask for an indoor place, he asked for an indoor tanning salon. A tanning salon is by definition "indoors". It's like saying an outdoor golf course or a cold refrigerator. Anyway for what it's worth, it seems that since the OP is in a city with plenty of sunshine, why not tan by the pool?

Some people don't like sitting in the sun, a tanning salon is a quick and sometimes more convenient alternative.

Well, with "full body tan" I assumed he meant naked. Try to do this by a pool in Thailand.
