Barack Obama, Muammar Gaddafi, and Thaksin Shinawatra all died, and they met up in Hell. Talking together at the gates of Hell about their lives on earth, the Devil eventually came to let them in.

"Before you enter through the gates of Hell", the Devil said, "I can give each of you one last wish. What will it be?"

After some minutes of discussion between themselves, Obama, Gaddafi, and Thaksin all agreed that they wished to speak to their people for one last time. The Devil said this could be done by way of a telephone call 'speech' to their followers before their deaths had been officially announced.

Obama went first. He made a passionate speech about freedom, the fight against terror, and healthcare. After the call ended, the Devil calculated the cost of a call from Hell to Washington, and gave Obama a bill for 1 million dollars.

Gaddafi was next up. He made a fiery, animated speech about him being the rightful ruler of Libya, denounced the rebels, and said he would shoot every allied plane out of the sky. After the call, the Devil calculated the cost of a call from Hell to Tripoli, and gave Gaddafi a bill for 2 million dollars.

Next was Thaksin. He made a pleading speech, praising the inspiration of younger sister Yingluck, promising to increase the limits on the farmer's new credit cards, and reiterated his desire not to return to politics and just return to Thailand as a normal citizen. After the call, the Devil calculated the cost of a call from Hell to Isaan, and gave Thaksin a bill for 50 baht.

Obama and Gaddafi looked at each other and said, "Hey, what's up? How come our calls cost millions of dollars, and Thaksin's only costs 50 baht?"

"Well", said the Devil, "since Yingluck became prime minister, we now call Thailand "Hell", so we just charge it as a local, domestic call."
