Yoga In Bkk Or Pataya

Featured Replies

anyone know of any yoga classes in bangkok or pataya or the surrounding areas?????? inquiring minds wanna know.

To Spanky,

There's too many now to mention and it also depends on what kind of yoga you're interested in and your preferred location and your budget....

A few of my favs:

Bikrom Yoga

www.bikramyogabangkok.com

(Chidlom/Ploenchit)

- this type of yoga is done in a heated room, not for the faint hearted

Asana Yoga

02 203 0878

(Petchburi/RCA)

Yoga Sutra

02 636 6758-9

(Sathorn-Standard Chartered Bldg)

There's another nice one over in Covent Road, Silom..I think it's called Baan Yoga/House of Yoga, it's inthe back of a restuarant called Kao Gub Kaeng.....

but I lost the contact number....

Well wish you luck in your yoga venture!

  • 1 month later...

they just started offering classes in birakom yoga at california fitness on silom. I may have misspelled the style of yoga. anyway, I was at the gym yesterday. and people are signing up for the classes now. according to the posters at the gym, this style of yoga is very popular in the usa. don't really know anything about yoga, but I will try the classes to get to know more about it.
