My Thai is ok, but I want to have a CD course to study while out of Thailand. I'll be moving back to Thailand in five months to live there, so I want to 'cram' before I move. I've heard that Linguaphone is good, but have also seen ads for one called Rosetta Stone. Anybody tried either of these, or another that is good? Thanks. Mbk

I tried Rosetta Stone and thought it was not nearly as good as the one by Courage Software. I haven't seen Linguaphone.

Both of these, and at least one other are were available at pantip and similar places. I don't know if Courage ever revised thiers to work better with Win XP or not. It seemed to work but with with minor glitches last time I tried it.

Thanks Joe. I'll have a look at Courage Software as well. The RS and LP courses are really expensive, $US 195.00 and $US 135.00. Maybe Pantip is the route to go .
