The one dressed in black is sending signals. (If she curls her toes you're in.)

I think these pics are more disrespectful to the women that the nudity ones, because of what they represent.

So what? The whole deal was about what was considered porn by the Thai authorities, not what was disrespectful.....

I think these pics are more disrespectful to the women that the nudity ones, because of what they represent.

I would like to know then, in your opinion, what do they represent? And doesn't anything make you happy? Perhaps this picture won't effect your sensitivities.

If you fail to understand what they represent, then what makes me happy is the least of your problem.

Why the white square? You have a problem with things that are black? :o

I understand what they represent, but that was not what the change of game plan was all about regarding porn/nud_e pics.

again (deep sigh) The whole deal was about what was considered porn by the Thai authorities, not what was disrespectful.....

Start a disrespectful thread and I just might agree with you.... :o

Note the black border, perhaps should have made it grey for the middle ground. :D

I hear you but definitely the wrong pic to make a point.

Butterfy - if you can't see the humour and irony in this thread then you have no humour mate. This has nothing to do with politics/religion - just happens the burka is the only clothing that covers a person from head to toe, but I think you know that. :o

Explain and justify this to your favorite female audience. I am sure they will see the light. Not me

Faire enough.....shall wait for the responses from the better half! :D

And here I thought you were talking about Icey! :o

I don't think showing a woman in a burka is disrespectful.

But then, I am a woman and I find the burka to be disrespectful and frankly a disgusting show of men's power over women. And even more depressing are the women who are so conditioned to believe it is for their own good!

Thought you might enjoy this.. :D

Two Arab mothers are sitting in the cafe strip chatting over a pint of

goat's milk. The older of the mothers pulls her bag out and starts

flipping through pictures, and they start reminiscing. "This is my

oldest son Mohammed. He's 24 years old now."

"Yes, I remember him as a baby" says the other mother cheerfully.

"He's a martyr now though" mum confides.

"Oh, so sad dear" says the other.

"And this is my second son Kalid. He's 21."

"Oh, I remember him," says the other happily, "he had such curly hair

when he was born".

"He's a martyr too" says mum quietly.

"Oh gracious me ...." says the other.

"And this is my third son. My baby. My beautiful Ahmed. He's 18 ", she

whispers.

"Yes" says, the friend enthusiastically, "I remember when he first

started school".

"He's a martyr also," says mum, with tears in her eyes.

After a pause and a deep sigh, the second Muslim mother looks wistfully

at the photographs and says...

"They blow up so fast, don't they?"
