Clean rooms with shower are in Soi 22 from 4000/month.

Try Liberty Court and the only bldg in the side soi adjacent which joins soi 22 with soi 20.... if you see Shrimps Studio, you must backtrack about 50 ms

Opposite Admiral Court.
