Using True online & Firefox, IE & Chrome, I always receive a 'taking too long to respond message'. I suspect this is a True problem as I can access the site using an unmentionable indirect method.

Take a look here:

About 10% of websites worldwide are unreachable via TRUE for at least a week now. Lots of other people are having the same problems. TRUE keeps denying that it's their problem when calling them.

True been having a lot of problems as of late (i.e. service outage two weeks ago, proxy downtime etc). They'll get it fixed, but it may take a while... Their technical staff don't even know what a proxy server is... Go figure.

With proxy or without? The proxy seems to work for me, but suddenly and for no reason I get an Access Denied error for 5-10 minutes until I refresh 500 times, then it starts working again.

Proxy switched OFF.

I've just configured Firefox to use the proxy.trueinternet.co.th (from the other thread about this problem) and it works for me.

I agree with Shannon that True's customer service stinks. Nearly as bad as True Visions!
