Where Can I Get Glue For Plastic Kits?

Featured Replies

I need to buy a small tube of what I used to call as a kid "Airfix glue".

It's the type you use for plastic kits by Airfix, or, Revel.

I've tried the Radio Control model shops in Dibuk Rd, Phuket Town and the one on Chao Fah Rd West with no luck.

Anybody know where I can buy a tube?

If you cant find it, the glue for pvc pipes is similar, not excatly same but should work

I've tried that and it doesn't work...........which surprised me.

Central stores in Bangkok are the most easily located sources of modelling supplies, carrying the Japanese MrColor paints range usually in the toys department. MrCement is the stuff for models.

So my advice would be to go take a look at Central Festival in Phuket.

What shop in Central Festival and what floor is it on?

Never been there, but it's the Central Department Store - shouldn't be difficult to find...

I'm just suggesting that, in Bangkok, Central is the only department store that carries significant stocks of plastic models, paints and cement, so it would be my prime suspect in Phuket too.
