From Patong: head towards the Central Mall, go past it and keep going as though heading into Phuket Town. About half a mile past the Mall intersection the road forks, take the left fork and keep going to the traffic light at the brow of a small hill, about another half mile - shop on the left that sells wedding dresses that caters to farangs and Thai's. Also, a wander around Phuket Town will identify at least two further shops although I can't provide directions for them.
