I f you need to get a yellow fever shot for any reason the only place you can get one is

at immigration Phuket town or at the airport, the hospitals do not have the vaccine and

you need to make a appointment

I remember getting the yellow fever shot many years ago in Perth, Aus.

The only people that did it were commonwealth medical officers in the health department in an office building.

Not a lot of call for it in hospitals in western (or asian) countries I suppose.
