anyone know what 'fa samong' means

my gf is ill and people say this is what the problem is.....

any help appreciated

Samong means head or brain or wits

Fa depending in how it is spelled can mean many things including dim/misty/hazy and undergoing/enduring

I can't be sure but it sounds like the may be saying she has a pyschosomatic problem

As stated above, it's difficult to say if it's not written in Thai, but 'Pa' (as opposed to 'Fa') samong means brain surgery
