Is there any tradition or commonly used phrases that Thai people use to congratulate each other with the birthday of His Majesty The King? I would like to say something good and polite for my Thai friend.

There isn't really a tradition where you'd congratulate or mention anything regarding the King's birthday.

In fact, conversation topics regarding royalty are kind of taboo here in Thailand and is not really appropriate in casual conversations or greetings.

Making a 90 day report first time in a few years.

I've been doing online 90 day reports for a few years, but because I'm about to get a new passport I believe the next 90 day has to be done in person. The last time I did a report at Jomtien it was only necessary to present your passport, now I believe there are a couple of forms to fill out. I have been at the same address for 16 years, do I still have to fill out a TM30?

At least 400 people have been killed and around 250 injured in a Pakistani airstrike at a hospital in Afghanistan's capital, Kabul, a Taliban spokesperson said early Tuesday. Also they are rationing them now - a few for the oil fields job done , one at Dubai aiport every week job done , the IRCG are dispered and partisan now with vast ammo stores/food and fuel secreted all over the country.
