everydaysthesame Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 Is it possible to get wholemeal or granary bread flour on Samui? I have looked in Tesco and Makro and only found white bread flour so far. However stock is really low in both places due to the floods. Does anyone know of anywhere that sells it? There must be somewhere that sells it as some of the bakeries sell wholemeal bread..

gusG Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 There is a small shop in Hin Ta / Hin Yai village called Schmidt's. http://www.choco-schmidt.com/food.php You beat me to it.
Tropicalevo Posted December 12, 2011 Posted December 12, 2011 They used to sell the flour (and other varieties) in Calibri Foods on Soi Calibri. (Bottom end of Chewang near Centara.) With the recent floods in Bangkok though, there may be a supply chain problem
