Tp Link Modem/Router And Tot Connection

Featured Replies

I've set up a TP LINK router/modem and every time my ToT connection drops out a tiresome manual re-connection is required...this never happened with the old Speed Touch modem that came with my internet account in 2003, if the signal dropped out it would re-connect automatically when restored...I would just go back to the old modem but then the rest of the house has no wireless internet connection...

I can get into the TP Link settings with 192.168.1.1 and admin/admin...can I adjust something to simulate the more convenient Speed Touch automatic re-connect arrangement?

thanks...

really weird, I started messing about with lomotopo's suggestion and the 'TP Link' item on the list of devices now works!!?? I had to set up a 'Broadband 2' connection previously to connect as there was no response before from TP Link...

checkout Apocalypse Now and the scene where 'Chef' and Willard are attacked by a tiger in the jungle...they run back to the boat and Chef goes crazy screaming: 'I just wanna cook, man...I can't deal with this shit...' and etc...

if it ain't some switch onna device's web page then it's goddam tigers in the jungle...
