Best Surgeon?

Featured Replies

Hello

I'm interested in getting facial surgery done in Thailand. A mid face lift and upper eyelids.

I have researched a few surgeons and have narrowed it down to Dr Poome, Dr Preecha

and Dr Chartchai. Has anyone had similar surgery with thsese doctors? I'm not sure which

doctor would be the best as they all have trained overseas. Any feedback would be greatly

appriciated. wai.gif

If you do a search ion these forums you'll find firsthand reports from people on at least Dr. Amorn Poomeee and Dr. Preecha, maybe also on Dr. Chartchai, not sure.

I had a face lift with Dr. Amorn Poomee about 7 years ago and very happy with it. All the reports I have seen from others have been similiarly positive. Dr. Preecha is also widely reported to be very good. I don't recall any feedback on Dr. Chartchai. but there may have been.

Drs. Amorn and Preecha differ a bit in style and approach. Dr. Amorn is very conservative in his approach and gives a very natural appearance that is faithful to the person's natural face...in other words if what you want is to like exactly like yourself 10-20 years ago (or as close to it as possible) and to take minimal risks, he is an excellent choice. If you want something more daring/inventive, from what I have heard Dr. Preecha may be a better fit.

As these are the tops in their filed they tend to be booked way in advance, something to consider if traveling here from abroad.

Thanks Sheryl,

I'm leaning towards Dr Poomee as have only heard good reports. I just wish I could see all of their before and after photo's first before picking a doctor. Will do a bit more research but I think those 3 are the top in their field.
