My husband and I are looking for a condo in Chiang Mai for about 1 mill baht.

Preferably near to town centre, golf courses or River Ping and within easy walking distance to most amenities.

Does anyone have any contacts up there who can help us.

I suggest to ask your question again in the Chiangmai forum. People in there seem to know a lot about it from previous discussions.

I'm not an expert in this, but the "hot" condos in chiangmai at the moment are the Hillside 4 and 5. I am not sure, but I think the price range is much higher.
