Is this place a total wreck, do local think you are out of your mind if you live there?

Will every chick run away if you tell them you own a place there?

How is the build quality? Do you hear your neighbours talking or are the walls quite thick?

This is a busy place with plenty of local and non-local residents. If fact I spoke with a Thai woman and her and her boyfriend bought 2 units next to each other, knocked down the walls and are now renting it. For people on a budget, the Nirun Condos are a fair choice.

As for the chicks that runaway, let her go and if she likes you enough, she will return.
