There are innumerable equivalents here of which Tiffy and Decolgen are perhaps the best known brands.

However it may now require a prescription - due to the fact that the pseudoephedrine component (the decongestant) in large quantities can be used to produce illegal drugs.

Zinc is helpful in reducing the severity and duration of respiratory infections, at any pharmacy you can buy a zinc + Vit C combo called redoxan. Works best if taken as early in the cold as possible.
