Hello,

I am wondering if anybody can offer some advice on the topic of maternity pay in Thailand for foreigner teachers. Is it compulsory for employers to follow the Thai Labour Law even if maternity is not mentioned at all in the contract? What rights do employees have with regards to this?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
