Web Pages Don'T Form Completely (Frequently); Text Only, Missing Photos, Graphics

I've been on 3BB internet service for about 3 years. When I first got it, I believe it was called "Indy" service package. It was quite slow in the evenings especially, and also with overseas websites (such as Europe and America.) I talked to them at the time about it and it was suggested I upgrade to their "Premiere" service. It seemed to be a product that wasn't really promoted back then, and now I think it is off the table entirely (for new customers.) I was told it would be better for overseas websites, better at busier times, less subscribers per line, etc. It did resolve those problems. As it seemed to be a dormant product (service) offering, it didn't get improved (for speed) over time like the mainstream service had, and it became expensive (relatively) at about 1160 baht/month for a 2Mb service.

In December I talked to 3BB, and decided to go for the currently promoted 9 Mb service, which costs me 200 baht/month less. I ran tests on www.Speedtest.net before and after making the switch, and my download speeds in particular did improve, from 3 Mb down/.8 Mb up on the old service to 9MB down/1 Mb up using the new service. I had similar results whether I was using a nearby server, or connecting to one in America. The service change (upgrade) was achieved simply by using a new login and password into the 3BB-supplied modem/router. No home visit or physical changes were necessary by 3BB.

What I have noticed since the upgrade is a much greater frequency of web pages that do not form completely (or correctly.) I will get known web pages that don't have colors, formatting, etc.; only the text. Some are missing graphics or photos. Many times I can resolve this by simply hitting the Refresh button, and sometimes not. I'm using IE9 on my computer. I have another person in the house using his notebook on this same WiFi system, with IE and Firefox. It happens to him also, on both of his browsers.

Could this problem be linking back to the service provider (3BB). How (or what) is happening to cause this problem?

It means that some of the files (stylesheet) attached to the page failed to download.

If on laptop try a cable instead of wifi.

Also try switching ie to chrome and see if its any better.

When it happens an f5 should fix it.
