Udon Thani Builders

Hi all,

I recently married a Thai woman whose family lives in UT. For a gift to the family, I want to build them a modest house on farm land they already own, about 15km outside of the city. I'm in the US and getting information on costs and builders is not easy.

More specifically, I'm thinking of building a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, with a kitchen and living room on one floor... maybe 100sq m. This would not be Western standards... so no air conditioning, kitchen can be bare, water will come from a gravity tank. Or if affordable, a modest 2 floor home as in the picture.

We have family that can oversee and supervise the project to save money if needed, but ideally we'd like to find a Thai builder with a good reputation and minimal cost.

Can anyone recommend a builder?

And can anyone give me a ballpark estimate as to what this will cost to build?
