Ford Ranger Xlt. Info Re Purchase.

I am now about to buy my first Thai vehicle ( and probably last ) and place an order for a XLT 4 door auto and wondering if anyone who has done so recently can give me some indication as to what I might reasonably expect to pay and get in the way of freebies (if any ) given their experience. I will be buying in Burirum.

I am looking to walk in with a realistic bottom line for a good deal.

I gather it is better to seek finance to get these freebies but wonder if they would accept us as will buy in wife's name for the tax refund, and she doesnt work and my income is from out side of Thailand and nothing official to prove it as no tax etc. So I assume it will be cash deal.

Lastly, can someone tell me, are the standard wheels and tyres appropriate or should I go for bigger ones?.
