Best Quality Voip Virtual Number To Ring In Thailand

Hello...

I am looking for a VOIP virtual number to ring here in Thailand from a local number in Spain. I am currently using MyDivert (dot) com and the quality is awful, sometimes I cannot even hear callers and vice versa. SkypeOut is not an option because they don't have local numbers for Spain.

Anyone know of an alternative that provides good voice quality?

What I need is high voice quality so that is why I am looking for one that a TV user can recommend...
